Radhika Apte is one of the immensely talented actresses of Bollywood but sadly her talent has mostly been underrated over the years. She made her Bollywood debut in the year 2005 with the movie Vaah! And sadly it was a box office disaster. Since then she did act in a lot of regional movies including Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Bengali but got very little chance to showcase her immense talent in Bollywood.

The crime comedy-drama movie revolving around the deeds of karma was produced by Ekta Kapoor and received great applause from the critics. Radhika’s role as Tusshar Kapoor’s wife Sapna was loved by the greats of Bollywood, including actors, directors, producers and of course critics.
2.Badlapur, 2014 –
The dark thriller Badlapur starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Varun Dhawan, Yami Gautam, Radhika Apte, Divya Dutta, Huma Qureshi and Vinay Pathak was a prodigious hit among the masses as well as the critics. Although Varun Dhawan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui was the main focus of the story and got the maximum screen time, the small supportive role of Kanchan Khatri played by Radhika was powerful enough to get nominated as the best-supporting actress in every award show.
3.Hunterrr, 2015 –
Hunterrr was an immensely successful adult comedy movie not only among the audience but also among the critics which are quite a bit unusual as adult comedies are generally a genre which is not liked by Indian audience. The movie which depicts the lustful journey of the lead actor Gulshan Devaiah who wants to change himself and a girl who he loves (Radhika Apte) has lots of twists and turns and of course lot of lovemaking scenes with a tinge of comedy flavor in it.
4.Manjhi- The Mountain Man, 2015 –
Manjhi-The Mountain Man is the epic biography of the life of Dashrath Manjhi who by himself carved a pathway for villages along the mountain of Gaya with just hammer and chisel so that all the villagers can access the hospital in less time. He did this as he couldn’t save his wife as people either had to climb across or travel round to gain access to medical care and it was too late by the time her wife reached the medical care. The movie had Nawazuddin playing the role of Dashrath and Radhika playing the role of his wife and everyone just loved and enjoyed the essence of simple and true within a village couple.
5.Pad Man, 2018 –
Pad Man is the recent flick of Radhika Apte along with Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor which hit the theatres on February 9 and is receiving good response from the masses. It is a biography revolving around the real-life superhero of India Arunachalam Muruganantham who created affordable low rates sanitary napkins for proper menstrual hygiene for the women in villages as he saw the discomfort of his wife and other villagers using unhealthy things like rags and leaves during their periods and they couldn’t also afford the regular sanitary pads as they were too expensive. While Akshay Kumar played the role of Arunachalam Muruganantham, Radhika played the role of his wife and as usual her acting of a simple village wife with lots of responsibilities and love for her husband was loved and praised by all.
