You already know 2018 is going to be an awesome year, when our king of romance Shah Rukh Khan, takes on the social media to name his upcoming film Zero. The film we've all been eagerly waiting for, SRK and Anand L Rai's next, is titled Zero, and the teaser for this much-awaited films is here and the entire internet is going crazy over it!

This movie will see Shah Rukh in a never-seen-before avatar. Yes! You can see him playing a role of a dwarf in the teaser.  Shah Rukh Khan's character in Zero is three feet tall man, and VFX is being used to make him and the other 'dwarf' characters look realistic. This movie also features Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in pivotal roles.  The film celebrates the dwarves rather than sympathizing with those differently able people. The superstar revealed in an interview that he doesn't want people to see it as a 'dwarf' film.

Shah Rukh announced the name of the movie – Zero, in a quirky way. The title was revealed through a teaser which was essentially a throwback to the 80s giving the perfect feel of retro cinema with the grand sets and glazing lights. Some of the colorful words which are actually names of films made in the 80s used in the teaser were, ‘Pagal’, ‘Mental’, ‘Shaayar’, and ‘Dhokebaaz’. A closer look at SRK's character in one of the shots shows the face of Katrina Kaif imprinted on his coat. As per information, SRK plays a character who is star struck while Katrina will be seen playing a celebrity.  The teaser of sorts also reveals Shah Rukh's first look - dressed in boxers-vest, a tuxedo, and casual wear. Shah Rukh Khan dances away singing Mohammed Rafi’s classic song “Iss Diwane Dilne Kya Jadoo Chalaya” in typical tapori style and sets the floor on fire in the video. Shah Rukh's character wraps the teaser saying "Hum jiske peeche lag jaate hain, uski life bana dete hain."

Shah Rukh and Rai were engaged in banter over the pending announcement on Twitter. After keeping his fans on toes he finally announced the title of the film at 5 pm on the New Year as a New Year gift for his fans.
