In the Lower Parel, Mumbai, the sporting world of Cricket and celebrities from the Bollywood film fraternity came together under one roof for the much talked Virat and Anushka`s grand wedding reception.
Both sent paparazzi in a tizzy by Sabyasachi Mukherjee ensembles. Anushka Sharma looked resplendent in a golden lehenga, which had hand beaten silver threads with textured sequins and cut organza flowers were embroidered on the ethereal outfit of this diva.She accessorized with exclusive hand-crafted jewelry, a brilliant neck-piece with rose cut diamonds, solitaires, briolettes and Japanese baroque pearls to go with one-piece stud earrings. On the other hand, Virat Kohli stole the entire show with an Indigo velvet bandhgala with ivory wool and vintage gold buttons.
All the celebrity guests gave some major wedding outfit goals when they showed up for the event. Bollywood Big B Amitabh Bachchan attends Virushka reception clan opted for gray and white outfits. Amitabh Bachchan showed up in pink dotted indigo bandhagala suit and Sweta Bachchan accompanied him looking stunning in a pink-hued saree. Bollywood`s power couple Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan showed up in off-white ensemble and grey suit. How can we forget about king khan! Also, Saharukh Khan attends virushka wedding reception, the center of attraction of the show was definitely Shahrukh Khan who showed up in a black suit. Anjali and Sachin Tendulkar along with their daughter Sara looked like a million bucks the moment they stepped out for the event. M.S.Dhoni briskly made his way into the venue with his adorable daughter Ziva in his arms and Sakshi walking by his side.
The defining moment of the night was when the eternal beauty Rekha was joined by Kangana Ranaut and Madhuri Dixit Nene for a photo call and made heads turn. Katrina Kaif and Isabelle Kaif killed their looks with Manish Malhotra designed crop tops and skirts. Priyanka Chopra pulled off her look with utmost grace and elegance in a golden saree and green blouse. She accessorized her look with a golden neckpiece, wine shade lipstick, and around green bindi.
