“In The Shadows” starring “Manoj Bajpayee” Premiered on Three International Film Festivals

Manoj Bajpayee’s surprise come back in a movie called “In the Shadows”! The story revolves around a lonely man Khuddoos, in the walled city of Old Delhi. He obsessively watches people through his hidden cameras. He gets obsessed with finding a boy on the other side of the wall who he hears getting beaten up. This obsession makes him lose grip on time and reality, eventually breaking the wall and revealing that there is actually no other side.

This is an alluring story of a man trapped within the walls and his mind and his attempt to break free and to find some sort of human connection.

This movie cast some of the best persons in the Bollywood industry. Manoj Bajpayee plays the protagonist. It also stars Ranvir Shorey, Shahana Goswami, Neeraj Kabi and debutant child actor Om Singh. The movie has already created a stir by getting nominated at Mumbai Film Festival (organized by MAMI) in the India Gold Category. It is all set to premiere at three International film festivals - MAMI, Busan and the Chicago Film Festival. The movie is written and directed by Dipesh Jain who has in the past bagged the Director’s Guild of America Awards.
