Varun Dhawan had his Bollywood debut in 2012 with the film Student of the year and since has been riding high on progress with each film he stars in. Varun Dhawan has recently completed shooting for his next movie 'October' which is directed by Shoojit Sircar. In reports are to be trusted, he is being considered to play the lead part in the Hindi remake of the Telugu super hit film 'Arjun Reddy'.

This film will apparently bring Sajid Nadiadwala and Varun Dhawan together again after their 2017 superhit 'Judwaa 2'. Reports propose that the film being scripted right now and will be revised to suit Bollywood's audience. The Telugu film rotated around a heavy drinker and drug addict who falls for an innocent medical student. Reportedly, the Hindi remake will be directed by 'Arjun Reddy' director Sandeep Vanga. It is estimated to go on floors by mid-2018.

Now all the preparations are starting for Varun Dhawan Sui Dhaaga. And keeping in mind that we are sitting tight for more of Dhawan, another intriguing content has arrived in Varun's lap. A source says, "The film is currently being scripted and will be amended to suit Bollywood's audience. It revolves around a philandering, alcoholic, drug addict, a surgeon who falls in love with an innocent medical student. Dhawan, who is currently busy with YRF's Sui Dhaaga, will have to sport a leaner look for the part."

Telugu super-hit film Arjun Reddy which featured Vijay Deverakonda playing the main part was a story of a specialist managing outrage issues. The film portrayed the tale of free-vivacious Arjun who broke numerous societal standards after his separation. The report suggests Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor were considered for the Hindi remake, the project finally landed on Varun’s way who appears to have given his nod for the film.The shooting for the movie will start mid-2018 and Varun will be seen donning a lean look.

While Varun Dhawan’s upcoming film October is slated to release on June first, Sui Dhaaga will release on 28th September 2018. October is Varun and Shoojit Sircar's first collaboration and the film marks the Bollywood debut of Banita Sandhu.

Coming back to Arjun Reddy, we are sitting tight for the venture to be announced officially.
