From the last decade Arjun
Rampal one of the top Bollywood
actors, has changed his chocolate boy image to more serious and out of the
box roles! His selection of movies has changed immensely from his earlier days.
With more movies of substance in his career, he is all set to star in a film
alongside one of the highest gross Bollywood movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan fame Harshali Malhotra aka Munni.
The film has been named as Nastik, which in literal sense
means an atheist. So, we can hope some serious acting and solid story line from
the film. He himself announced about the film through his instagram handle and
has created a buzz around it. Harshaali`s mother Kajal exclusively spilled the
beans on the story-line of the movie. "The film revolves around the
journey of a man and how a little kid (essayed by Harshaali) changes his
perspective of life. The two share a beautiful relationship in the film. The
narrative is fresh and unique."
Harshali is just 9 and has marked her presence felt in the
Indian cinema from her debut in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. For Bajrangi Bhaijaan she
received 5 awards in 2015! Nastik would be her 2nd venture in Bollywood.
There was another film named “Nastik” which had Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role
alongside Hema Malini. That film was
generally about Amitabh ji being atheist by the circumstances around him. I am
sure the new “Nastik” will be very different than the old one.
The shooting of Nastik will start from December 9 and would
be majorly shot in Jharkhand and small parts in Mumbai.
It will be quiet fresh to see Arjun Rampal and Harshali Malhotra together sharing screen space. We should expect no less than brilliance!
